Introduction
This declaration is meant to inform the users of this website about the way, scope and usage of personal data by the operator of this website shown above.

The operator takes data protection very seriously and treats personal data confidentially and conforming with legal regulations. We recommend to return regularly to this declaration to check it for modifications, caused by changes due to integration of new technology or other reasons.

Data Created by Usage/Visits
The operator collects and stores usage data (e.g. visited website content, interest in content, access time, …), meta-/communication-data (e.g. device related data, IP addresses, …) and created content (e.g. data entered in forms) according to his legitimate interest (see art. 6 par. 1 lit. in German GDPR). This helps to provide our online services in a secure and reliable way.

We use storage, computing power and software rented from a server provider (“web hoster”) or in other ways for providing our online services. Accessing our online services is logged in server log files. These files can be used for security audits and to check load and stability of the servers. Log file content is saved for 30 days max and will get deleted or anonymized afterwards. Data required for legal affairs is excluded from deletion until the respective case is solved.

Email Hosting
We consume email services together with hosting services mentioned above for sending, receiving and storing emails. Therefore addresses of recipients, senders and other data related to email services (like affected servers and providers) as well as content of sent and received emails are processed and stored. Emails often don’t get encrypted on their way through the internet and are therefore potentially readable for many people.

You can visit this website without providing information about yourself. To improve our online services we store access data to it without relations to individuals, as stated above.
