Log file content is saved for 30 days max and will get deleted or anonymized afterwards. Data required for legal affairs is excluded from deletion until the respective case is solved.

Therefore addresses of recipients, senders and other data related to email services (like affected servers and providers) as well as content of sent and received emails are processed and stored. Emails often don’t get encrypted on their way through the internet and are therefore potentially readable for many people.
